Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver reports, datasets, dashboards, and presentations using Sales, Rx, and Patient data for US Supplier Services.
- Develop, modify, and enhance Python, SQL, and SAS codes, including the use of Proc SQL.
- Create and execute scripts on Hadoop and Oracle platforms for data processing and analysis.
- Analyze and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights, strategies, and business recommendations.
- Apply strong problem-solving and research skills to investigate and resolve data-related challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of IQVIA proprietary databases, methodologies, analytical frameworks, and client business requirements.
- Ensure proper project documentation by creating and maintaining templates, SOPs, and quality control checklists.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements using AI and other automation tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with business requirements.
- Provide effective and timely responses to ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and SAS with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on coding experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft tools such as Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Copilot.
- Experience in the development and administration of BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Spotfire.
- Hands-on experience in interactive data visualization and large-scale database analysis using Hadoop and SQL.
- Good understanding of business KPIs such as sales, growth, market share, and performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving, research, and investigative skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities with the capability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers, leads, and stakeholders while demonstrating teamwork.
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience with IQVIA datasets and knowledge of the US Healthcare industry is an added advantage.
