Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentorship to successfully complete assigned tasks and projects while enhancing technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at delivering customer-focused outcomes and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to support the effective execution of projects and daily tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns to build professional networks and engage with global business leaders.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance in all work activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Thermal, Chemical, Computer Science/IT, Instrumentation/Control, Manufacturing/Materials, Electronics and Communication, or related fields.
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, or an equivalent academic score as per the country’s grading system.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to relocate for the duration of the internship, depending on business location requirements.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of application without the need for company sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
