Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in testing, verification, operations, and support activities to ensure optimal product development and an enhanced customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during new releases and routine production environment checks.
- Actively participate in regular knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to promote continuous learning and collaboration.
- Contribute to automation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and streamline operational processes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Possess 2+ years of overall industry experience, including at least 1+ year of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Selenium for automation and testing activities.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting for automation and system management.
- Working knowledge of Hadoop and Spark frameworks for big data processing and analytics.
- Experience in managing and working with MariaDB databases.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, including Linux and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and virtualization tools such as Zabbix and KVM.
- Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools including JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge-sharing, communication, and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies and AI concepts will be considered an added advantage.
