Key Responsibilities:
- Developed a strong understanding of vendor company structures, affiliations, ownership patterns, and business relationships in accordance with audit client and affiliate definitions as per EYG Independence and Global Procurement policies.
- Conducted secondary research and analysis on third-party financials, ownership structures, and affiliations after gathering the required information to determine the permissibility of business relationships.
- Actively participated in knowledge calibration sessions by raising relevant queries and promptly identifying and addressing process understanding gaps.
- Learned and became proficient in internal processes and tools to provide consultative support to EY professionals.
- Performed reconciliation activities, conducted research, and drafted recommendations for review by project managers as part of standard procedures.
- Worked towards consistently meeting and exceeding the defined individual KPIs and performance expectations for the role.
- Maintained a proactive follow-up approach to ensure all approvals were obtained and projects were successfully closed within timelines.
- Compiled and submitted detailed research reports while ensuring adherence to quality standards for review and approval.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in a related domain.
- Relevant certifications in Risk Management or associated fields will be considered an added advantage.

- Possessed excellent communication and coordination abilities to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Flexible and adaptable to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
