Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely completion of mandatory certifications and apprenticeship projects to develop a strong foundation in Asset Management business operations and service delivery frameworks.
- Serve as a backup Customer Account Manager (CAM) during the latter half of the program by supporting assigned accounts and ensuring smooth service continuity.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of automation initiatives aimed at improving the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of delivery processes.
- Apply technical expertise proactively to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and enhance overall team productivity and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in BCA, B.Tech, BE, or a related field.
- Candidates must be graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch and possess a valid Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Availability to participate in the program for a duration of 12 months starting from September 2026.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills with a strong passion for learning, proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must be enrolled as a student on NATS Portal and possess a valid student enrollment number issued by NATS.
