Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sell-side banks across all aspects of client service and application support.
  • Monitor and manage all client inbound requests through the case management email system and telephony hotlines, ensuring timely resolution of deal-related and support queries.
  • Proactively monitor live transactions to ensure system operability and a seamless user experience.
  • Deliver high-quality client service by supporting clients with deal management, service disruptions, production issues, user training, and overall application usage.
  • Conduct client meetings to provide training sessions, product demonstrations, and transactional support.
  • Prepare and deliver scheduled as well as ad-hoc reports accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists to share client feedback and gain insights into strategic product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with Professional Services teams during client onboarding to ensure proper training, user access setup, and testing of production environments.
  • Compile daily operational reports to communicate key business metrics, such as transaction volumes and risk exposure, to management.
  • Support regular usage audits to identify improvement opportunities and drive increased product adoption.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the MS Office Suite along with a strong understanding of internet-based applications.
  • Show a keen interest in capital markets and the broader financial markets.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different levels of management and clients.
  • Display strong interpersonal skills that foster effective communication and build trusted client relationships.
  • Have solid organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
