Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to enable real-time monitoring of key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Program, Product, and Operations teams to understand data requirements and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Investigate data-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, data-driven analytical solutions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including in client-facing scenarios.
- Drive continuous improvements in data quality, operational efficiency, and overall program performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Exhibit hands-on experience in Python for data processing and analysis, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Have experience working with large datasets to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Show the ability to independently structure problems, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership, and delivery-driven work environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess knowledge of statistical analysis, experimentation methods, and A/B testing techniques.
- Have experience working in client-facing or service-oriented environments with strong ownership of deliverables.
- Demonstrate exposure to large-scale data workflows, including operations analytics, data labeling, or process optimization.
- Show familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI use cases.
- Have experience with Google ecosystem tools such as Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio, and Colab.
- Possess exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) and data pipeline workflows.
