Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Core HCM:
- Convert business requirements into clear and well-defined functional specifications:
- Configure Workday Core HCM modules to effectively meet business needs:
- Set up and manage benefits plans along with module-specific configurations:
- Design and implement custom rules, validations, and workflows as required:
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts to ensure system accuracy and performance:
- Partner with stakeholders to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate alignment with requirements:
- Configure and maintain integrations between Core HCM and other HR systems:
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated platforms:
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users, HR administrators, and managers:
- Handle user queries and resolve issues related to system functionality:
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and organizational security standards:
- Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field:
- Possess Workday HCM certification, preferably in Core HCM:
- Demonstrate proven experience in configuring and implementing Workday HCM modules:
- Have a strong understanding of HR business processes related to Core HCM:
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills:
- Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities:
- Be capable of working both independently and as part of a team:
- Have knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards:
- Experience in change management and training strategies is considered an added advantage:
