Key Responsibilities:
Support Career Architecture Design:
- Map roles to appropriate career levels, job families, and progression pathways within the organizational career framework.
Document & Maintain Repository:
- Create, update, and maintain centralized documentation, trackers, and templates for role profiles, leveling guides, and competency frameworks.
Analyze Data & Identify Patterns:
- Review data on existing job structures, titles, and skills to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement in the career architecture.
Facilitate and Incorporate Stakeholder Inputs:
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions with subject-matter experts and managers to validate role expectations, responsibilities, and competency requirements, and incorporate their inputs effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Show a proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
