Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve customer issues, while documenting solutions and maintaining best practice guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams and customer service teams to provide seamless support.
- Participate in product improvement initiatives and respond promptly to technical assistance requests.
- Contribute to support projects, including approximately 30% involvement in development tasks, and work in rotational shifts to support 24×7 operations.
- Adhere to a hybrid work model, working three days from the office.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Develop code in accordance with established standards, including proper documentation, pseudo code, comments, and unit testing practices.
- Deliver well-tested, high-quality, and error-free code, and respond promptly to identified defects or bug reports.
- Conduct system-wide testing, monitor application performance, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Develop modular and scalable solutions, configure and install software components, and maintain ERP/SAP-MES integrations, including preparing installation and configuration guides.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to IT (e.g., BCA, B.Tech, or BE) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Possesses knowledge of FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC).
- Demonstrates technical understanding of software development, system design, and deployment processes.
- Proficient in Java programming, with hands-on experience in MSSQL and Oracle databases.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges, especially in situations where standard procedures may not apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM.
- Willingness to work fully from the office for the first 6 months, followed by a hybrid work model.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree (MCA or M.Tech) is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Java-based automation software.
- Experience in SQL and database management.
- Good understanding of Tyre Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
