Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports, perform data analysis, and develop financial models to support regional and global business processes.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial information to support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage organizational expense and headcount (HC) reporting, including bookings, revenue tracking, and margin analysis.
- Support operating expense (OPEX) management by handling purchase requisition (PR) approvals and accrual processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business finance partners, providing timely insights, guidance, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with business finance partner teams as an extended member to deliver meaningful analytical insights and support business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Accounting or Finance is required; CA or MBA is preferred, along with at least 1 year of proven professional experience.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder partnering abilities, supported by personal integrity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to think across functions.
- Possesses a solid understanding of financial processes, including performance reporting, budgeting, and month-end accounting activities.
- Exhibits advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems and tools such as Business Objects and Essbase.
- Shows strong communication and influencing skills when collaborating with stakeholders across different levels and business functions.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work with Excel Macros and possesses database knowledge to manage and analyze large financial datasets.
- Experience in building automation solutions and financial models in Excel, including connecting Excel to external databases.
- Demonstrates advanced data analytics capabilities applicable to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) models.
- Prior experience working in large multinational organizations is considered an advantage.
