Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate employee feedback and comments into a centralized dataset on a weekly basis.
- Optimize data collection processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated sentiment analysis and thematic coding mechanisms for employee data.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of employee insights reports to support decision-making.
- Adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the employment contract, as well as company policies, procedures, and directives.
- Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate organizational changes, including but not limited to role reassignments, work location changes, team transitions, shift adjustments, and evolving work environment policies.
- Comply with all company directives and adapt to policy updates or changes implemented in response to business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess experience managing multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Have hands-on experience in Python for data analytics and AI/ML, including data preprocessing, model training, and analytics workflows using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Exhibit strong capability in building automated data pipelines for external data collection using Python and related tools.
- Demonstrate a highly collaborative and consultative working style across teams and stakeholders.
- Possess the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Show a strong inclination toward innovation and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environments.
- Apply a structured project management approach with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Have experience deploying analytics dashboards and applications on servers using frameworks such as Flask or Streamlit.
