Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain software solutions that enable clients to successfully implement hybrid cloud and AI-driven technologies.
- Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications that are high-performing, reliable, and responsive.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze existing system issues, validate root causes, and propose effective improvements in collaboration with architects and technical leaders.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Contribute to design, development, testing, release management, and troubleshooting activities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and excellent customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Lead key technical discussions with stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, and develop creative and efficient coding solutions aligned with business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Possess a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and methodologies.
- Maintain a consistent academic record with no active backlogs.
- Be a final-year student eligible for on-campus hiring and obtain the required degree before the commencement of employment with IBM.
- Be part of the graduating batch of 2026.
- Hold a BE or BTech degree in Computer Science or related specializations, including CSE, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, or Information Technology, with a minimum of 6 CGPA or 60%.
- Demonstrate fluent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Possess a strong engineering background with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work from any location within India.
