Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Solutions as per Client Specifications:
- Develop and design solutions based on client specifications using software tools such as CAD and CAE.
- Create models in accordance with project plans and customer engineering requirements.
- Test prototypes and software-based designs, ensuring validation of boundary conditions such as impact analysis and stress analysis.
- Define system specifications and assess operational feasibility by integrating software components into a fully functional system.
- Prepare CAD models and develop prototypes based on engineering drawings and design outlines.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Perform simulations in virtual environments to provide optimized and efficient solutions to clients.
- Ensure software and models are updated with the latest features to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Enhance applications and solutions by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing recommended changes.
- Follow industry-standard operating procedures and client guidelines while modeling and developing solutions.
Provide Customer Support and Problem Resolution:
- Resolve defects and issues reported by clients or software integration teams through timely troubleshooting and fixes.
- Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure solution reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Deploy software solutions and evaluate user feedback to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, and applicable industry standards.
Ensure Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status reports to clients as per project requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and create a repository of design changes, recommendations, and updates.
- Accurately record and maintain timesheets in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
- Provide comprehensive written documentation and knowledge transfer materials to support project continuity and reference.
