Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems and components for cybersecurity products.
- Develop clean, efficient, scalable, and well-structured code using technologies such as Node.js or Go.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Identify, debug, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and system issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in backend development and cybersecurity.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Node.js or Go.
- Familiarity with backend development frameworks, libraries, and development tools.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, communication protocols, and API development.
- Knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and fundamental database design principles.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends.
- Good problem-solving skills with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and distributed system concepts.
