Key Responsibilities:
- Work with AI/ML codebases to support Partner Incentive requirements and implement advanced business logic.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain robust Python code for Partner Incentive solutions.
- Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using classical machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering, across supervised and unsupervised learning approaches.
- Convert complex business problems into analytical solutions for use cases such as behavior prediction, forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision support.
- Ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance through rigorous validation, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP models for use cases such as customer matching, entity resolution, and deduplication.
- Build, optimize, and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, BERT, T5, Llama, and Mistral into enterprise-grade systems.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools, including MCP protocol, A2A communication, LangGraph, or similar agent-based systems.
- Contribute to technical decision-making related to AI tools, frameworks, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Work with large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy for model training and validation.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments and continuously monitor performance, applying iterative improvements as needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in AI/ML development and full-stack engineering, including technologies such as ReactJS and Snowflake.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and commonly used data science and ML libraries, including Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with classical machine learning algorithms and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven ability to design, build, and optimize MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) model development, deployment, and optimization.
- Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Experience in data processing, managing large datasets, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience in building and deploying machine learning models, including LLM-based solutions such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing practices.
- Working knowledge of search and streaming technologies such as Elasticsearch or Apache Solr, Kafka, and FastAPI.
- Experience or familiarity with databases and front-end technologies, including Oracle, Snowflake, and ReactJS.
