Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions by applying general domain knowledge and growing business experience.
- Analyze user requirements and business needs, making decisions within defined parameters under regular supervision.
- Design and develop software solutions using general domain expertise and developing business understanding.
- Work across all layers of the application stack, including front-end user interfaces and back-end development.
- Analyze user requirements and determine appropriate solutions within limited scope and guidance.
- Support and, when required, lead projects of limited complexity, including the development of small to medium-sized system components.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of quality standards, with work requiring minimal revisions.
- Review functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.
- Provide peer support and assist in onboarding new Associate Software Engineers to the team.
- Typically requires approximately two years of relevant prior experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
