Role Responsibilities:
Objectives of the Role:
- Improve, execute, and clearly communicate impactful analyses that highlight meaningful business trends and opportunities.
- Participate in regular meetings with managers to assess operational issues and identify process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Deliver strong and timely financial and business analytics to support decision-making for partners and key stakeholders.
- Develop actionable roadmaps to enhance workflows and processes, and establish KPIs aligned with global directives.
- Ensure compliance with all national and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.
- Develop and implement data analysis solutions by leveraging collection systems and other methods to improve statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management by analyzing and interpreting data related to company procedures, policies, and workflows.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for key stakeholders, producing reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
- Conduct the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from requirements gathering to data extraction, manipulation, and execution.
- Evaluate key performance indicators, generate ongoing reports, and recommend updates to business plans based on insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience in collecting, organizing, and accurately disseminating large volumes of information.
- Ability to write clear, structured, and insightful reports.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills for effectively conveying insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
- High level of emotional intelligence for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Computer Science or Information Science.
- Experience in client communication and stakeholder interaction.
- Proficiency in statistics and dataset analytics using tools such as SPSS, SAS, Excel, or SQL is an added advantage.
- Experience in data cleaning and preparation, data exploration and analysis, and data visualization and reporting is a plus.
