Key Responsibilities:
- Generate actionable business insights through:
- Routine analysis of social media trends.
- Data processing and interpretation to identify key patterns and opportunities.
- Monitoring and evaluating industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct project studies to identify program deficiencies, assess risks, and highlight actionable improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and conduct Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops for continuous process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Prior experience in the Content Moderation domain.
- Strong communication, presentation, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
- Familiarity with industry tools and trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Google Trends.
- Training or working knowledge in Power BI and Power Apps (considered an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Content Management.
