Key Responsibilities:
- Understand system architecture and design while demonstrating strong development skills in coding, debugging, testing, automation, and ensuring feature/task quality within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Independently manage and develop assigned tasks, from coding through deployment, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Apply a cloud mindset and adapt to Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices, delivering solutions using CFD and FBE processes.
- Take initiative in picking up tasks and drive them to completion with a focus on production quality, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with team members, sharing expertise to ensure product success and strengthen cross-functional aspects within EPT.
- Leverage exposure to or technical knowledge of the S/4HANA stack, development processes, and product standards as an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) or MCA from a reputed institute.
- 2–4 years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP programming, including Module Pool Programming.
- In-depth knowledge of HANA CDS, AMDP, RAP, UI5, Fiori, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proven experience as an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach, including experience leading high-performing teams.
- Strong business and functional orientation with the ability to quickly understand and apply functional concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and precisely.
- Knowledge of the S/4 HANA technology stack and familiarity with manufacturing and planning business processes is an added advantage.
