Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the formal internship program and attend workshops focused on low-complexity initiatives within the program.
- Review various assignments to gain familiarity with policies and procedures, addressing low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables with readily available solutions.
- Work under the guidance of a manager while exercising independent judgment to develop an understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve defined goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience, or equivalent through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication of technical concepts.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking with a systematic problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, SQL, and Python.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
