Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various data-related activities for NAM CG, including data acquisition, processing, analysis, maintenance, data quality assurance, and reporting.
- Carry out routine operational and administrative tasks, including developing dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and automation solutions.
- Administer established procedures, analyze digital performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations.
- Deliver routine and well-defined outputs while continuously developing an understanding of the broader digital business context and its relationship with other business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support data analysis and reporting activities.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, with particular attention to protecting the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while maintaining high ethical standards in personal conduct and business practices.
- Identify, manage, escalate, and report control issues transparently and promptly in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as PySpark, Python, and SQL, along with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies, including Hive, Impala, and PySpark.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and their applications in data analysis and insight generation is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional resources beyond direct reporting lines to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
