Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and release features within set timelines and with high quality, ensuring a positive impact on revenue and margins for top brands.
- Design features with a focus on scalability and high system availability.
- Collaborate with the team by performing code reviews, leading design discussions, and mentoring other developers.
- Take full ownership of assigned features and work directly with product teams to deliver meaningful customer impact.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle as part of a Scrum team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experienced Java developer with strong expertise in software system design, problem-solving, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficient in working with distributed transaction-processing systems or asynchronous messaging technologies.
- Possess a solid understanding of system performance trade-offs, load balancing, and engineering for high availability.
- Committed to building high-quality software and taking end-to-end ownership of developed features.
- Familiarity with enterprise information systems, service-oriented architectures, and operational data stores is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputed institution.
