Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of code changes, including development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Utilize various open-source tools for instrumenting, monitoring, alerting, and debugging production services.
- Participate in on-call rotations with team members to ensure service uptime during off-hours.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future direction of services to deliver best-in-class experiences for IBM development teams.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, with a strong focus on Cloud infrastructure such as VPC, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Istio, and Akamai.
- Provide exceptional end-user support by collaborating with development teams to understand their requirements and optimize build processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Golang, C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Knowledge of IBM Cloud services and management, particularly in deploying and scaling applications within a cloud environment.
