Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI as a Power BI Developer/Analyst.
- Transform raw data from various sources such as Jira, Excel, and others into meaningful and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and star schema design.
- Familiar with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for building dynamic reports and calculations.
- Experienced in SQL and other tools used for data extraction and transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, JSM, Confluence, and EazyBI is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile Ways of Working (WoW) is desirable.
- Understanding of software quality assurance processes, including test management, defect management, and test strategy.
- Exposure to automation, DevOps, or AI technologies is considered a plus.
