Key Responsibilities:
- Support the bank in achieving customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding internal and external technology customer needs, and ensuring they are documented in a form understandable by all stakeholders.
- Work across teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles and translation from business operations, objectives, or external requirements.
- Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and teams to obtain and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Assist in analysing business requirements and technical specifications to break them down into small, testable, and releasable components.
- Elicit and contribute to writing business requirements, user stories, and epics using relevant techniques.
- Support the feature team in creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts, and assist with identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support platform and feature teams in executing UAT activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- An appropriate business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
- Proven experience in applying business analysis tools and techniques.
- A strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to peers and management-level colleagues.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
