Key Responsibilities:
- Support consultants by delivering high-quality insights and analyses to address risk management challenges for clients across the banking, insurance, and industrial sectors.
- Leverage proprietary and third-party databases to collect, analyze, and synthesize critical information.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of McKinsey’s proprietary databases.
- Collaborate with client service teams to identify and recommend optimal solutions that balance quality, availability, timeliness, and cost considerations.
- Assist client service teams in determining the most appropriate solutions to address client issues.
- Engage in internal problem solving to further enhance and improve risk-related offerings.
- Work as part of the Risk and Resilience Team based in Gurgaon, supporting consultants globally with targeted information, specialized analyses, and innovative risk solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing a 2025 bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, a quantitative field, or a related major, with above-average academic performance.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in the banking and insurance sectors, as well as risk-related topics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience handling multiple data sources, conducting preliminary analyses, and generating reports.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates a professional attitude and a strong service orientation.
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment.
- Preferably based in Delhi/NCR.
