Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnosis of financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and delivering valuable insights to support key business initiatives.
- Provide inputs for monthly reviews of expenses and capital for budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze variances through operational analytics and insights.
- Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s financial processes and develop strong knowledge of the company’s operations and business.
- Support the business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and preparing financial forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and the integrity of both external and internal reporting.
- Apply foundational principles and contribute proactively to projects through research and data analysis, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Support priority projects under guidance, maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, and share information through standardized reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence in a relevant field.
- Typically 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related area.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
