Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, audit, and input data into JLL’s proprietary commercial real estate database in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Develop a strong understanding of real estate data concepts and relationships to ensure high data quality.
- Follow guidance from onshore colleagues regarding task prioritization and quality standards.
- Implement and promote best practices for the region and support the Americas Research Group’s standards.
- Continuously refine processes and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
- Build strong working relationships with US onshore teams and gain proficiency in the use of internal technology tools.
- Monitor data completeness to meet established validation and audit requirements.
- Support internal team training initiatives to communicate data excellence goals and the tools and processes needed to achieve them.
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and implement remediation strategies.

- Possesses strong skills in organization, data collection, analysis, validation, and auditing.
- Capable of multitasking, performing well under pressure, and effectively managing time and workload.
- Exhibits proactive and strategic thinking with the ability to align research data to business goals and drive process efficiency.
- Skilled in data analysis and logical reasoning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, MATCH, and INDEX; experience with VBA is a plus.
- Competent in using essential software tools, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with data visualization tools to interpret and present data insights.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team success.
- Enthusiastic about working in a diverse, collaborative, and high-performance professional environment.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Up to one year of experience in commercial real estate research, economic or demographic analysis, or a closely related field is preferred.
