Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the technical design of solutions based on defined use cases and business requirements.
- Conduct proof of concepts and technical evaluations to assess technologies, designs, and solution feasibility.
- Contribute to the development of detailed design documentation and use case specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges related to high-impact business opportunities.
- Analyze existing solution architectures and designs to propose enhancements that increase business value, improve performance, and elevate quality.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in software development or related technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
- Proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design, with familiarity with common design patterns and adherence to SOLID principles.
- Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
- Demonstrates creativity, high energy, and proactive problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer and user experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams, including solution analysts, QA, and architects, to deliver business outcomes.
- Skilled in estimating effort for changes and new projects using a combination of model-based approaches and practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly, frame context effectively, and influence outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of and support for documenting best-practice business processes aligned with business requirements.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments and capable of making informed decisions under uncertainty.
