Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on asset servicing activities, including processing of key principal actions such as drawdowns, paydowns, and interest calculations using Geneva.
- Reconcile daily cash and position records across all funds using the DUCO platform.
- Review and manage upcoming activity exceptions in Geneva, including WSO accelerator entries and contract modifications based on agent notices.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to investigate and resolve technical and accounting issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all activities in Geneva; coordinate with Agents, Trustees, and internal teams to resolve daily exceptions.
- Escalate unresolved cash and position discrepancies to the Manager and onshore team promptly.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and actively participate in training initiatives.
- Liaise with global teams to support ongoing projects, including system integration efforts and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of Syndicated Bank Loans, Private Credit, and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
- Experience in processing syndicated bank debt using the Geneva software tool.
- Proficient in cash and position reconciliation using DUCO or similar reconciliation platforms.
- Hands-on experience in manually processing credit facility-related activities in Geneva.
- Good understanding of the roles played by Agent Banks, Trustees, and Custodians in supporting Private Credit operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, with solid working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently, demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Capable of multitasking and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in verbal and written English for effective collaboration across global client facilities.
- Proven ability to write concisely and summarize large volumes of information quickly and effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic, international team environment with multiple stakeholders, often under pressure.
