Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a dynamic Agile team to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and product enhancements.
- Design and develop new features, modules, and functionalities, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Analyze complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to improve product performance and capabilities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and the adoption of development best practices.
- Contribute to unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team to support team development and growth.
- Perform regular code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure compliance with coding standards, and promote best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience in the software development field.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Java or .NET development.
- Proficient in Node.js development for building scalable applications.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Skilled in UI development with a good understanding of front-end technologies.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service-oriented design.
- Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and VPC.
- Familiarity with build tools like Ant, Maven, and code quality tools like SonarQube.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub Actions.
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts, analyze complex problems, and provide effective and innovative solutions.
- Good knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing comprehensive unit tests.
