Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client instructions and queries in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Validate client instructions and manage user access provisioning for electronic banking products through secure and controlled applications.
- Remain vigilant of potential operational risks related to the role and contribute ideas to proactively mitigate them.
- Assist clients, Client Service teams, Middle Office, and Help Desk in identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Proactively identify scenarios that may lead to escalations and take necessary actions to manage them in advance.
- Take ownership of and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Communicate effectively with clients through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply strong analytical thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.
- Collaborate as an effective team player while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Meet time-sensitive business deadlines and work independently when required.
- Manage time efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Prior experience with modern data and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Xceptor is an added advantage.
