Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively with the team.
- Share relevant experience and knowledge to support team members and contribute to overall team development.
- Perform routine assignments that require a basic understanding of fundamental theories, principles, concepts, and practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project and development objectives.
- Contribute to small-scale projects and work collaboratively on developing and testing software features, with a primary focus on coding and testing activities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile engineering practices, including requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and acceptance testing, and assist in projects where these methodologies are applied.
- Analyze user requirements and collaborate with team members to understand their impact on technical designs and software features.
- Write accurate and maintainable code with appropriate guidance and support.
- Assist in refining and rewriting test code as part of software testing, debugging, and quality improvement activities.
- Assist with scalability testing to improve system reliability, performance, and development velocity.
- Apply secure coding principles and consistently follow established secure coding standards and guidelines.
- Support senior team members in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop proficiency in at least one major area of the codebase, including multiple services within a specific pillar, while maintaining a high-level understanding of other system components.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline with no prior professional experience required.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental theories, principles, and concepts within a relevant technical field, with exposure to current technologies through academic coursework, projects, or internships.
