Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to facilitate early defect detection and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and contribute to the development of acceptance criteria to ensure a thorough understanding of the software being tested.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution.
- Engage in peer collaboration, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization’s technology communities to foster technical excellence and growth.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and GitHub.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the banking domain.
- Knowledge of Flexcube is a plus.
