Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business problems using advanced analytical methods as required.
- Regularly monitor and forecast key business metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Conduct periodic planning and review key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and track the appropriate metrics to measure progress toward business goals.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to test business hypotheses effectively.
- Automate and streamline root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring business use cases through self-serve platforms.
- Develop compelling data-driven narratives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to enhance data accuracy through continuous feedback and improved instrumentation quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in core analytics.
- Hands-on experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques, such as Regression and Classification.
