Key Responsibilities:
Customer Request and Inquiry Management
- Receive customer requests through inquiry tools or other communication channels.
- Log requests into the tracking system as needed.
- Utilize the knowledge base, research, or troubleshoot issues to improve first-call resolution.
- Provide accurate information to requestors or escalate inquiries to the appropriate resource.
Personnel and Organizational Records Management
- Process notifications and log requests into the tracking system.
- Refer to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for accurate processing.
- Escalate issues to service managers or other relevant parties as required.
- Notify stakeholders of required forms, timelines, and any additional information needed.
- Update and validate changes in the HR system of record.
- Communicate data changes to relevant parties.
Service Implementation, Review, and Monitoring
- Undergo training on new or modified services from service managers or designated personnel.
- Obtain certification on team readiness.
- Monitor and review process effectiveness to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide feedback to service managers regarding process improvements, gaps, or changes.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and update the knowledge base by identifying recurring inquiries suitable for self-service.
- Perform and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR systems, applications, and macros.
- Lead and support HR projects, including process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
HR System Transactions and Employee Lifecycle Support
- Process worker data changes, including insurance updates, marital status changes, leave of absence (LOA), and separations.
- Administer employment verification and work authorization tracking.
- Facilitate position management and new hire processing within the HRIS tool.
- Manage and maintain records for non-employee workers.
- Provide support and coordinate activities across HR functions.
Company and Worker Data Management
- Oversee organization and position management within HR systems.
- Facilitate hiring actions and personnel changes in the HRIS tool.
- Administer billing for benefits, background checks, drug testing, and employment verification.
- Update and maintain personnel and organizational records.
- Coordinate vendor interfaces as required.
- Perform other assigned tasks based on business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Workday and ServiceNow.
