Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
- Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
- Design and develop data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
- Document data quality findings and provide recommendations for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in the banking domain, preferably in collections, recovery, and lending.
- Proficiency in SQL with working knowledge of Unix Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for data processing.
- Familiarity with data warehousing projects and related methodologies.
- Working knowledge of data modeling tools for structuring and managing datasets.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with Teradata, Oracle, Big Data technologies, or cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with JIRA Board and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data reporting and presentation.
