Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Develop and maintain software components, modules, or applications using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
- Integrate software systems with existing infrastructure, databases, APIs, and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Implement enhancements, updates, and modifications for systems software, including operating systems, compilers, networking, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
- Execute established test plans and protocols, identifying, logging, and debugging assigned issues.
- Participate in concept design discussions, gather system-level requirements, clarify interfaces, and provide feedback on future design improvements to develop robust and high-performance solutions.
- Enhance the full lifecycle of services from inception and design through deployment, operation, and continuous refinement.
- Provide support services, including system design consulting, software platform and framework development, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
- Develop an understanding of and collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
- Work as part of a project team of software engineers to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant competence.
- 0–2 years of work experience, preferably in systems engineering, computer programming, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Software Systems Engineer (CSSE).
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
