Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality business solutions by performing data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis.
  • Develop and execute standard queries to ensure data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing data.
  • Collect, profile, and map relevant data for new or existing solutions and ongoing data activities.
  • Identify and document data migration paths and processes while standardizing data naming, definitions, and modeling.
  • Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional or data requirements and process models.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with key business stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience in using data analysis tools and delivering data analysis within a technology or IT function.
  • 2–4 years of experience with Quicksight, SQL, Tableau, Contact Lens, AWS Q, data aggregation basics, and AWS Lambda.
  • Knowledge of version control tools, preferably Git, and DevOps tools such as Terraform and TeamCity.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect, AWS CloudWatch, and experience or awareness of file types like JSON, Parquet, and techniques for flattening and unnesting data.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS), data warehouses like Snowflake, and visualization tools like QuickSight.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and data governance.
  • Strong understanding of data interrelationships across multiple data domains.
  • Experience in conducting research using qualitative and quantitative data across various subjects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
