Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions and system health for Razorpay’s top merchants and the overall organization, promptly alerting relevant stakeholders in case of any system issues.
- Send timely communications and alerts during incidents or anomalies in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to address system concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze data trends to identify patterns, insights, and potential issues.
- Develop interactive dashboards for internal monitoring and metric consumption.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data manipulation (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
