Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global CampX network, including innovation managers, technical experts, and innovation professionals, to gain experience in engineering, intellectual property, and new business creation.
- Assist in identifying key economic areas, industry clusters, and network organizations to discover potential technology partners.
- Support innovation business needs within CampX.
- Assist in preparing business cases and executing innovation projects.
- Conduct research and provide support for startup ecosystem development and management.
- Utilize digital tools such as SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Platform to enhance workflows.
- Represent CampX through effective written and verbal communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree at the intersection of technology and business, or relevant experience from an innovation internship.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while gaining broad exposure to various business functions.
- Strong collaboration and continuous learning mindset to support professional development in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to report directly to the CampX India Lead and contribute effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Freshers welcome).
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 65% aggregate with no active backlogs.
- Technical Skills & Interests: Passion for R&D, innovation, and emerging technologies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation & Documentation: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing is an added advantage.
