Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and address problems or errors proactively or as they occur.
- Recognize common incidents and suggest strategies to prevent recurrence and reduce incidents.
- Investigate first-line incidents, determine root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
- Fulfill approved requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed.
- Execute maintenance activities, including patching and configuration updates.
- Follow proper handover procedures during shift changes to maintain service continuity.
- Report and escalate incidents when necessary.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Update existing knowledge articles or create new documentation as needed.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for request fulfillment, incident resolution, and overall process improvements.
- Support project work as required.
- Assist in implementing and executing Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated work experience).
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Additional relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.

- Proficiency in additional technical skills, including but not limited to:
- Pulse Secure SSL VPN / Virtual Juniper
- Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls
- Cisco Nexus switches, ASR and ISR routers
- Cisco ACS, ISE / Meraki switches and access points
- Enterprise network architecture
- Common routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Network address translation
- Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting uplinks to ISPs for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits
- Familiarity with common network management and monitoring tools such as SecureCRT and Logic Monitor
Required Experience:
- Entry-level experience or successful completion of a relevant internship program.
- Basic experience in troubleshooting and providing support in network, data center, systems, or storage administration within a medium to large ICT organization.
- Fundamental knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and technologies related to Network, Data Center, Telephony, Exchange, Storage, Cloud, and Backup services.
