- Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and grammar skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
- Strong understanding of accents and nuances in effective business communication.
- Good listening skills with the ability to interpret and respond effectively.
- Excellent comprehension of the English language.
- Preferred experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre, specifically for air ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
- Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
