Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily customer and vendor creation and modification tasks for third-party and intra-company requests.
- Process emergency requests as applicable, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Contact requestors to resolve discrepancies and provide assistance to the team as needed.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure accurate accounting practices and controls are applied during processing activities.
- Exhibit knowledge and application of various quality methodologies to maintain high standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Graduate degree in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA.
- Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills for effective interaction and collaboration.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required.
