Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, communicating via Zoom, email, and phone to build strong relationships and deliver the level of service expected by J.P. Morgan Chase customers.
  • Resolve client requests in collaboration with Service Operations, the implementation team, front office, Sales partners, and Bankers located globally.
  • Support clients by addressing issues related to complex treasury products and services, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Accurately process transactions, assign tasks appropriately, and highlight any risks or downstream impacts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Demonstrate strong risk and control awareness, effectively prioritizing workloads and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Apply operational subject matter expertise in areas such as Client Onboarding, Asset Services, Client Services, Payment Services, and Reconciliation.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Service, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and an excellent client experience.
  • Document procedures and process flows, performing routine reviews to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Review and interpret client-executed documentation, acting as the point of contact for account opening statuses and reporting issues.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to requests and inquiries from the Front Office and Client Service group.
  • Liaise with onshore partners and client service teams to ensure timely resolution of exceptions and queries.
  • Think creatively and propose/implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for automation or tactical solutions to address gaps and improve the end-to-end operating model.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or relationship management in a similar domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives.
  • Strong ability to build and mobilize an internal network of key stakeholders and resources.
  • Demonstrated interest in banking and digital technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving, control, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over tasks and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in resolving issues effectively and escalating them appropriately when needed.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Custody, and Clearing business processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience in client onboarding, account opening, SSI setup, and documentation analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with technology tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Xceptor is preferred.
