Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain critical IT operations, including Windows Servers, VMware, RHEL Operating Systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware, and AV systems.
- Oversee asset management and vendor management activities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, handle escalations, and resolve business partner concerns promptly, ensuring collaboration and alignment with business priorities.
- Manage internal infrastructure requirements such as laptops, desktops, servers, printers, phones, security updates, and support for internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Collaborate with business teams and IT teams to effectively manage identities and access privileges.
- Identify, design, and implement solutions for process improvements, providing clear insights into potential outcomes.
- Work closely with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing technical support.
- Develop and support continuous improvement plans to enhance solution health and operational efficiency.
- Work in a rotational shift-based schedule and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Learn and utilize multiple utilities and tools for operations monitoring and alerting.
- Engage in knowledge transfer sessions to learn new solutions and technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge articles, on-call guides, and run books.
