Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Managed Services
- Manage infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Operate and maintain infrastructure in alignment with service and experience level agreements.
- Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee ongoing service delivery and drive enhancements to meet business needs.
Application/Cloud Support
- Monitor, support, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
Project Control Services
- Facilitate program management to enhance the overall quality of technology delivery.
- Track and manage project management office (PMO) activities to support technology projects.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and direction.
Low/No Code Application Development
- Develop applications using low-code platforms, customizing systems to meet unique client requirements.
- Utilize form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop interfaces, and entity builders for application development.
- Analyze and optimize internal business processes to enhance automation and efficiency.
Quality Engineering
- Design test plans, processes, cases, and prepare test data.
- Apply business and functional knowledge to adhere to testing standards and methodologies.
- Create and execute testing scenarios to evaluate usability and functionality.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports and submit observations to the development team for resolution.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to ensure quality assurance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a non-engineering graduate or postgraduate, such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A., B.Com, etc., excluding engineering streams like B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications).
- Applicable to any year of pass-out up to 2024.
- No active backlogs are permitted during application or onboarding.
- Must have completed the relevant degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years or M.Sc. in 2 years) without any gaps.
Additional Criteria:
- Candidates must not have participated in the Accenture recruitment assessment or interview process within the last three months.
- Maximum of 23 months of full-time work experience is allowed.
- Eligibility to work in India by citizenship or with relevant work permits is required:
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa.
- Other foreign nationals must have a valid work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and shifts to meet global client requirements.
- Willingness to work in any Business Unit or Service Line within the company.
- Must be ready to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India.
