Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support business change initiatives to implement Shell’s Audit Simplification agenda, aligning and simplifying Internal Audit to enhance business value.
- Lead Audit-driven business change activities within a program or project environment to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Perform IT Audit services, including control testing (ITGC/SOX) and designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in reviewing audit processes, such as IT Audit, ITGC, ISO 27001, and SOX audits.
- Manage activities related to Change Management, Incident Management, and User Access Control.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BTech, BCA, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in ITGC.
- Preferred certifications in IT Audits and ISO 27001.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Serve as an individual contributor in an Audit team, managing projects for clients.
- Understand and follow procedures for executing and documenting the following:
- ITGC Audit.
- SOX Audit.
- Change Management.
Soft Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate a strong impact in IT Audit activities.
- Possess comprehensive process knowledge of business functions.
- Understand various audit approaches and methodologies.
