Key Responsibilities:
- Review outstanding insurance balances to identify and resolve issues preventing claim payment finalization, coordinating with payers, patients, and clients as needed.
- Analyze and trend data to recommend solutions for improving first-pass denial rates and reducing the overall accounts receivable age.
- Serve as an Accounts Receivable Specialist with an understanding of the entire accounting cycle and claim life cycle.
- Ensure the timely completion of all workflow items within the specified turn-around times and quality expectations.
- Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and claim-level denials, identifying trends that impact dollar amounts and claim counts to drive process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Comply with the terms of the employment contract, company policies, and directives, including those regarding reassignments, work shifts, flexibility of benefits, alternative work arrangements, or other decisions influenced by the evolving business environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree required (BE/B.Tech graduates are not eligible).
- Strong command of the American English language, including excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Functional knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations, including experience with privacy laws and the access and release of information.
- Comprehensive understanding of applications related to workflow processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use sound judgment to identify and resolve issues.
- Efficient and accurate typing skills with proven keyboard proficiency.
- Demonstrated solid work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to client and patient satisfaction.
